Some frequently asked questions (FAQ) you might wondering about
Q: How does the quoting process work?
A: Once you have contacted Skyscape Visualizations for a quote, we will promptly set up a meeting (whether telephonic or face to face) to discuss all the requirements of the project. We will get back to you within two to three working days with the quotation and a timeframe for the project.
Q: Your quotations seem really reasonable when compared to your competitors. What’s the deal?
A: We offer the highest quality work and value for money at great prices for our clients. No exceptions.
Q: What do I need to get you in order to start the project?
A: The contractual agreement needs to be signed and then the guidelines we have set for architects or interior designers need to be followed.
Q: What happens if I need more renderings than I was quoted for?
A: If they are part of the scene, already created, and are requested at an early stage, then there should only be a nominal charge. If you ask for them later or if it requires significantly more work to make these new renderings then we will charge you by the hour.
Q: Do I have to pay all over again if I make alterations to the original brief?
A: No, we can charge you by the hour for just the additional work that needs to be done.
Q: If I decide at the end of the project that I need higher resolution (larger) images for print, then how much will you charge me?
A: If the original brief did not include the need for high-res imagery, then we would have to charge by the hour for the extra rendering time required.
Q: Can you use a 3D model that has been created by an architect? And will this reduce the cost of the project?
A: We can use the model and reference, but because of the technical aspects of making the scene look photo-real, we prefer to construct the 3D geometry ourselves to avoid any glitches. Being given the 3D model will not reduce the cost of the project, but can speed up our modeling process.
